Small Group Training

Join a small group SWOLEMATES session to work hard, sweat and discover your fitness with expert training in a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.

Each class will focus on building strength and metabolic conditioning utilizing foundational weight-lifting, functional movement and gymnastic techniques. All classes and exercises are scaled to meet your level of fitness.

Semi-Private Training

Tailored training with a friend or partner in a private setting.

On Ramp

On-Ramp sessions are designed for those new or returning to fitness and interested in joining a small group training class. Learn the basic foundational movements and techniques to build confidence and skill commonly used in the SWOLEMATES Functional Fitness small group training sessions.

Private Training

Receive individually tailored training to develop your athletic skill of choice. All levels of ability are welcome.

Open Gym

Monthly open gym memberships for solo workouts. Utilize the gym when private, semi private or small group training is not in session! Book up to two consecutive hours at a time privately or in a shared environment (up to 3 individuals at a time) for a very affordable monthly rate. Gym equipment includes, dumb bells, kettle bells, med balls, squat rack, TRX, Erg Machine, pull up bars, barbells, trap bar and plyo box among others.
